Talk about this service

How we approach it

A store that looks fine and still leaks money usually has the same issues: slow pages, a checkout that fights the customer, catalog data that is a mess, and apps stacked until nothing is reliable. We treat commerce as a product: speed, conversion, and operations.

We work on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and custom storefronts when the catalog or B2B rules will not fit a theme. Platform choice is a recommendation, not a default.

Who this is for

  • Brands launching a first serious online store
  • Retailers migrating from a platform that has run out of road
  • Teams whose checkout, shipping, or ERP sync is held together with apps
  • B2B sellers who need quotes, account pricing, or bulk order flows

Problems we take on

Typical starting points — not a menu you have to pick from. Most engagements mix two or three of these.

Theme ceiling

You have customized a theme until upgrades are scary. We rebuild on a cleaner base or a headless storefront.

Migration fear

URLs, reviews, customers, and SEO. We map redirects and move data in rehearsed runs.

Checkout drop-off

Surprise shipping, extra fields, slow payments. We simplify the path to paid.

How an engagement runs

01

Choose the platform

Catalog size, B2B rules, team skills, and total cost of apps. We pick the stack you can still run in two years.

02

Model the catalog

Variants, bundles, and dirty data get cleaned before they hit the new store.

03

Build the storefront

Merchandising, search, cart, and checkout. Integrations as you sell, not as a science project.

04

Launch and measure

Redirects, analytics, and a week of hypercare so the first promotions do not break the site.

What you walk away with

  • Platform recommendation with trade-offs written down
  • Catalog, customer, and order migration plan
  • Storefront design and theme or headless implementation
  • Payments, tax, shipping, and key app/ERP integrations
  • Performance pass (Core Web Vitals, image strategy)
  • Merchant training and a launch checklist

Tools we use

We pick for the job and for the team who will own it later — not a default stack for every client.

Questions we hear first

Should we go headless?

Only if the theme cannot do the job. Headless adds speed and design freedom, and also more moving parts. We will say no when a well-built theme is enough.

Can you keep our URLs and SEO?

We plan redirects, metadata, and a crawl of the old site. Perfect preservation is not always possible, but we treat rankings as a launch requirement.

Do you support after launch?

Yes — seasonal campaigns, new payment methods, and the usual “this app broke checkout” work.
