Cybersecurity marketplace for KSA
Internal name: KSA cybersecurity marketplace
A marketplace built for the Saudi market: vendors list cybersecurity products and services, buyers compare and request, and the catalog is shaped for KSA procurement — not a generic global store pasted into Arabic.
KSA
marketplace for local buyers and vendors
The situation
Saudi buyers still hunted security tools and MSSP retainers through WhatsApp, PDFs, and importer lists. Vendors had no single place to list SKUs, SLAs, and local presence. A US-style marketplace ignored Arabic, SAR, and how KSA organisations actually buy security.
What we did
- Vendor onboarding: company profile, KSA presence, product/service catalogue, and documents buyers ask for first.
- Buyer flow: search and filter by category (endpoint, network, SOC, GRC, training), then enquiry or RFQ — not a fake one-click checkout for enterprise security.
- Roles and moderation so listings are reviewed before they go live.
- Arabic/English UI, SAR pricing, and copy written for KSA procurement language rather than a translated US storefront.
What changed
Vendors publish once. Buyers shortlist without a spreadsheet of forwarded catalogues. The product is a marketplace for the Kingdom, not a theme with a Saudi flag.
